I have been going to bangs for highlights for about five years now. I feel like the issue I had today has been getting progressively worse as the years have gone on. Today was horrible. That will definitely be the last time I go back to bangs. I brought my daughter in at 9:00 right when they open and there was already two people in the chair and one person waiting. How is that even possible. I put her name on the list and then sat down. Someone signed in after me and one of the stylists yells I will be at it’s you in 10 to the girl that walk in after me. Clearly her friend. The girl that was waiting was called. Then the “ the friend” was called( signed in after me) . A girl walked in at 10 and signed in. She was called at 10:10. We are still sitting no one said anything or explained why that person that was also getting color was called before me. After waiting an hour and a half and figuring out that it was going to be at least another 40 minutes we left. I guess you have to know a stylist personally to get your hair done.

I have been a few times and have always been addressed as soon as I walk in, asked to sign in, and given an estimate of how long the wait is. As they do not take appointments I am well aware that wait times can fluctuate. Knowing this, be patient these ladies work hard and you can see often they take 2 clients at a time. I recently had baby lights and a cut. The woman that did my hair listened, explained how we would achieve my look and got started. I loved my hair upon leaving and was very satisfied. When I went to wash and style my own hair at home, I noticed a few of the highlights were a bit thicker than I prefer. I called and the staff at bangs promptly accomidated me. I am Very happy with my results again and they made a notation in my account to use a different pattern for next time, so that my babylights lay properly.

Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolute terrible haircut, i had about 5 inch hair length, it’s now 2 inches long and was not what i asked for at all, the lady literally took 1 minute to do my hair cut. She also butchered the back and had to push my hair line up because of her mistake, overall my hair now looks like shit…. Absolute terrible haircut, i had about 5 inch hair length, it’s now 2 inches long and was not what i asked for at all, the lady literally took 1 minute to do my hair cut. She also butchered the back and had to push my hair line up because of her mistake, overall my hair now looks like shit…. Atleast it’ll be back in a month (i wouldn’t recommend going here, but it’s better than super cuts i guess!)

I never have luck with a good haircut when I go to get it done because I have curly hair. However, this was my first time here and the stylist did AMAZINGLY! I wish I could remember hey name, but she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She was very sweet and made me very relaxed. I won’t go anywhere else!

My boyfriend had to wait over an hour for a haircut. He asked multiple times how much longer and they kept saying “one more minute. We just have to clean the station” it doesnt even take me an hour to clean my kitchen! Now we know to go to the barber shop next door since they took him right away. Unbelievable.
