Critical: Professionalismmade an appointment day of, had transportation issues and called and informed them I was going to be 5-10 mins late and they told me that was unacceptable and that they wouldn’t be able to give me a haircut due to this; wasn’t willing to give other available times was just plain rude on the phone.
