I have been going to Bang for years to get my hair cut. I have thick, curly/wavy hair and Selma always knows what to do with my hair. She is so experienced that I don’t need to give much direction. The salon has always been clean and the other staff members have been professional and attentive to clients. Prices have gone up since I started going there, but for me it is worth it because my hair is tricky to handle.

Matt Cahill did an excellent job with my hair. I’m super particular about my haircuts as a girl with curly hair, and his cut was amazing. He was also incredibly friendly and fun to chat with during. He took the time to show me how to style my hair, giving me tips to make it last longer. Highly recommend bang salon and Matt!

I had the strangest experience at bangs today. I had booked an appointment for a bangs trim at 11:30 followed by roots and blow dry at 2:15. I arrived to my first appointment 3 minutes late and the stylist refused to do it because “for bangs every minute counts” another stylist saw how upset I was and offered to do it. Now comes the time for my next appointment to which I arrived at 2:11 lol. The stylist came to greet me at 2:17. So I tell him I need my roots done in medium brown he says he need a minute to think about it because “ I don’t want to do a messy job” he leaves me in that chair till 2:35 and comes back to tell me that he will not have time to do it today because he wants to also do a few highlights around my face. He rescheduled till next Saturday…. What a waist of time and what a disappointing way to treat a new client

Canceled my updo appointment 1 hour before I was supposed to arrive because “we get busy on Saturdays.” Had appts booked back-to-back for a black tie wedding and couldnt reschedule. Disappointing and won’t be using them again.

Talent is definitely found at this Logan Circle location. From the service desk to the stylist I felt welcomed and comfortable. I get it’s just getting a haircut but I’ve been to various salons where they simply didn’t have it together.

Because I loved my haircut so much I returned to her to get my hair balayaged. When it first came out, I had to admit it was not quite what I wanted. Jamie was so generous and professional and immediately worked to adjust it to what I wanted at no additional charge. It was so nice to not be pressured to accept the coloring and instead have her listen to me and really care that I walked out of there with a service I was happy with! I recently started going to this salon to get my hair cut with Jamie – she is fabulous! Because I loved my haircut so much I returned to her to get my hair balayaged. When it first came out, I had to admit it was not quite what I wanted. Jamie was so generous and professional and immediately worked to adjust it to what I wanted at no additional charge. Saphire gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and I’m SO happy I went with her. She is so sweet and professional and such a good listener. I have really long and thick hair and she took such good care of handling it. Everything from wash to cut was so great and I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut. Loved it. Chose Ronnie to do my cut based on his profile and the quiz suggested on the website. I have short hair, like pixie cuts and am always up for a change. Ronnie was great – experienced with short hair, quiet but friendly. Worth the price – I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.
