I had positive experiences up until a year or so ago. Recently, I’ve received calls asking me to come earlier or later for my appointment a few hours before my time slot. It’s happened at least four times. It’s frustrating to pick a time and not have it confirmed. On my last visit, they called to say they were running 45 min to an hour late and when I said I couldn’t make that work but said I could reschedule, they asked that I come in anyway and the stylist clearly rushed and did my haircut in 20 minutes but still charged me full price. Very disappointed and will be changing salons now.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAngela was unprofessional, and scary angry when I pointed out that she cut my existing weft extensions too short and uneven. Also, the fusion pieces were too high on my head, resulting in my own hair not covering them. I told her all this in a very calm way, but she went ballistic. I was shocked and left. I adore this salon! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff I have worked with are very friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I see Giana for my skin care. I know after seeing her my skin is going to glow and I will be relaxed. She really rolls out the red carpet and explains everything as she goes so you know exactly what you are getting. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her clients. I love that she does a follow up call after every treatment!

Definitely my go-to salon in Denver (sadly I moved so won’t be coming as often). Carly is awesome and always does a great job cutting my hair. The salon is beautifully luxe/industrial, offers complimentary drinks, has a place for you to hang your coat, and they have their own parking so you’re not circling the block in a frenzy trying to get to your appointment on time. They have an online booking system too which I love. I’ve always been satisfied coming here and feel it’s well worth the money

Reading her bio and knowing that she had moved here from out of state, which I had done in my career several times, I was confident that she had the skills and I would be lucky to get in to her.
