Critical: Quality, ValueI saw a hair color special on Facebook and booked an appointment with Nadi which was very nice and friendly. Peter was the hair stylist that was supposed to do my hair. First thing he said to me was: “You know that’s all you getting right?” He meant that the $150 special only includes the hair color, no blow drying. That would be $50 more. No hello, how are you, welcome! It’s not about the money but the way he said it to me. I had a bad feeling to begin with and should have walked out right away but I didn’t. Gave him the benefit of a doubt that he’s just old and grumpy but I was wrong. He was very nice and sweet to his coworkers, just not to me. I believe that he didn’t want to do my hair in the first place. I wanted to get a balayage done and was disappointed at the end. My hair was spotted and orange. When the pic I showed was ash blond. Nadi gave me a partial refund of $100 for my dissatisfaction which was very nice of her but still very disappointed in overall. I now have to spend more money to get it fix. Robin is absolutely the best. I’ve been going to him for over 15 years and cant say enough about him or his craftsmanship. My hair is always on point due to his talent. Pia’s salon always welcomes you, I called and needed to get myself and my mother in for haircuts and highlights and was accommodated that same day. A big THANK YOU to all at Pia’s Salon!!!!

Ladies do not look anywhere else and book your appointment with Robyn immediately. I saw the reviews online and thought it was too good to be true but I went anyways because it’s just hair and I can always fix it if anything goes wrong. Well let me tell you Robyn didn’t get those 5 star reviews for nothing. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and I will say he is one of the few stylist I’ve had in my life that know what they’re doing. He was quick and gave me beautiful results without having me wait so long in a chair like other salons. He is a lovely person and a great conversationalist. A beautiful person that gives your hair beautiful results.
