Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am extremely protective of my hair, and after my appointment today I am super happy I chose to trust Lauren with it! I took the plunge and went from brown/dark blonde to fully platinum, and not only did it only take one visit, it looks amazing. Lauren and the other stylists were super fun and friendly and made me feel comfortable for the full 4.5 hour appointment. I am extremely protective of my hair, and after my appointment today I am super happy I chose to trust Lauren with it! I took the plunge and went from brown/dark blonde to fully platinum, and not only did it only take one visit, it looks amazing. Lauren and the other stylists were super fun and friendly and made me feel comfortable for the full 4.5 hour appointment. I contacted Bang for a color correction and treatment after having a bad hair color experience with another salon. I could tell right away I was in good hands. Johnny took extensive time getting to know my hair history and goals, offering both an email questionnaire and in-person consultation before my service. I felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. Beyond the excellent level of service, my results were AMAZING! I couldn’t beleive what a phenomenal result after just 1 color service. Johnny clearly made sure we were on the same page about the expected outcome and he delovered- restoring the look of my natural color that had been previously stripped from my hair- in a seemless way! Plus, my hair felt so much smoother and healthier than it did before coming in. I really couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Johnny at Bang Belltown! I contacted Bang for a color correction and treatment after having a bad hair color experience with another salon. I used to go to the location on Pike, but when the Belltown location opened up across the street from me, I switched for convenience. I started going to Lauren, who impressed me from day one. Ever since I moved to Seattle four years ago, I have loved BANG. I used to go to the location on Pike, but when the Belltown location opened up across the street from me, I switched for convenience. I started going to Lauren, who impressed me from day one. I’m very picky about my color and especially my cut, and she did wonderful on both! I’m a brunette-gone-redhead and anyone who has had their hair dyed red before knows how difficult it can be. Lauren is efficient and gets the color I want just right while helping me make my hair healthier. The cut looks amazing the day of- but the best part is the amazing grow out afterwards. I have also had my color done by them and it looked incredible.
