Here’s the updated review for the ones that read the last one, I want to give a shout out to my hairdresser Natasha for coming through with fixing and color correcting the first outcome. You can see the difference in the pictures from the first try to the second one. She’s also super friendly, nice and creative plus she’s also great with haircuts. I got a super beautiful layered haircut that goes really well with the hidden color, forgot to take a picture of the whole hair but I’m super happy with the end result. Thank you Natasha!

This is going to be a long review, but the short of it is that I came in for a natural blonde balayage and I got a poor dye job from a rude stylist with seemingly little knowledge on how to do the job. They were unwilling and/or unable to fix their mistakes, and told me there was nothing they could do for me after messing up my hair because they were “no longer comfortable working on it.” Do not book Caprice for a dye job. Attached are pictures from the night I got the hair done and the day after. Notice the extremely bright colors and the choppy dye job.

Honestly, my experience here was not amazing. My wax specialist was very kind, but the job was less than. I have an incredible amount of bruising and redness over two days later, and all the hair isn’t even gone. While the customer service was nice, the service itself that I got was subpar, and should absolutely not have been $50 plus tip. I doubt I will be getting this service done here again. I recommend sticking to a place that specializes in just waxing, not a hair salon with some waxing sprinkled in.
