Christine was amazing during my first visit. Cant complain about the service except that if you have thick hair, you may need to ask her to flat iron your hair. However, for my second appointment, I was 7mins late and she cancelled my appointment. I had a last minute work matter to handle and could not make it in time. I called and the girl that answered the call said as long as its only a few mins it was Ok. I called again 7 mins out to let them know I was almost there and my appointment was cancelled. If you are a busy person or human, dont waste your time coming here. You will be treated like Christines time is more important than you, the customer. I can understand she may have plenty of clients booked in a day and so she doesnt want to their service delayed or maybe she doesnt really need more business…totally get it. But in my case, I wouldve cancelled styling and just done highlights so as to not affect other clients time. Couldve worked this out and made some $$. The customer is the most important always. Anyway, never coming back. I’ll take my hair to a salon that understands that sometimes things happen that are out of your control and you are 7mins late.
