I had my lashes done here and they only lasted for 3 days due to an allergic reaction caused from whatever glue is used to install the lashes. The reaction around my eyes lasted for about 4 days. I was not issued a refund they only took the lashes off. Kiersten was my lash tech and she was nice. I just feel like there should be some kind of disclaimer or waiver for customers before the lashes are installed for the first time, especially if the techs know the glue can cause an allergic reaction. The lash tech mentioned while installing the lashes that she cannot wear them because she’s allergic. So they are aware that this is a possibility. The glue does sting and burn badly after installed. I really don’t think it’s worth the money or Risk.

I started going to Bamboo Spa in Springfield, PA. I had finally found my “forever” home for everything all in one. My lashes are very important to me and started going to see (EXTREMELY SKILLED) Kelli Rink. I eventually decided to stop going to two different salons and to give Bamboo a try to my nails as well. Referred by my sister was the talented Yee, who is now my permanent nail specialist. Once I was settled I heard the news that my ladies were leaving Springfield to open Bamboo Spa in Drexel Hill. I made my first appointment for the new salon and was absolutely FLOORED when I walked in. It is not only super clean but so beautiful decorated and makes you feel right at home. I couldn’t be happier to be going to this salon, the ladies have truly made my experience one I will never forget nor replace. I recommend this to ANYONE and EVERYONE and have been a loyal client of theirs for a couple of years now and never EVER disappointed. The staff is so friendly, I love my visits to Bamboo Spa. Keep up the great work family!!

I had a facial done by esthetician Gina. Amazing work , very professional and knowledgeable, most of all great prices and she makes her own beauty products. I would recommend her to all my friends. Please try the oils, rainbow soap, and watermelon body scrubs SHE MAKES. THEY ARE ALLAMAZING.

Bamboo Spa Drexel Hill is hands-down the best nail salon in the area. Besides being reasonably priced (offers some awesome specials too!), Yee strives to provide every customer a comfortable experience by building a well-rounded team of individuals with a wide array of specialties. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing — even offering snacks and drinks! I have never been to a salon that provides so many quality services. Besides being able to do all sorts of fun nail art (I know I’ve brought challenging inspiration pictures for Sabrina and Lianna!), I get amazing eyelash extensions, eyebrow wax and tint, and even had my first facial from Kiersten which was such a positive experience (despite me being so nervous with my sensitive skin). Also, this place has no problem with you speaking up and making sure you are completely satisfied with your service — I have never left feeling like I spent too much money for a service I was not 100% happy with! Book on Vagaro or check them out on Facebook or Instagram, I promise you won’t regret it.

The atmosphere and energy is unmatched . My nail tech Sabrina was beyond amazing, she listened to my requests and made fantastic suggestions. I followed her lead and wow!!! I am glad that I did . Her attention to detail and level of care was great. Melissa was my lash tech, she was so patient and kind.
