Love Bamboo Nails! I’ve been going to Victor more regularly now and love his work but all the nail techs do amazing work and the prices are not bad. There might be a long wait if you walk in but it is so worth it!

Was first visit for me , Hana was the tech who did my pedicure, she greeted my at first and was nice till she offered to do shellac and I said “ No thanks I want regular “ she then changed her attitude to rude one and shocked me with her performance when I asked her 3 times to shape my nails and make them same length, she didn’t, and instead she barely worked the minimum on scrubbing my heels I had to please the front desk young lady to ask her to do the same length and shape , she got uglier after she was told …and I had to grab the nail clipper and do my nails myself …I’m so surprised this place has this rating, it can be only explained if it was under different management or different staff .

Although they do great nails, the customer service is horrible. I’m a very patient person but I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour & a half just to be told they couldn’t even take me in, if you want great nails you will get them but good luck even getting to a seat to have them done with their time management. Will not be a returning customer.

Over priced. Rushed. No care or concern. Can still see through the nail after 2 coats of polish. Got mad when I asked about cutting my cuticles. Tried to charge me 90 for acrylic toes which is crazy. Left polish all over my fingers even after I pointed out and still didn’t cut all the cuticles. He scrapped my nails with the machine and got mad at me when it wasn’t my fault. I have bumps on my nails from him rushing and he didn’t want to fix it and another nail that just looks so bad. Looks like I tried to do my own nails at home. My feet turned out okay but I been to better places that does a way better job then what I got. Definitely not coming back

The prices are not well defined. I dropped two teenagers off to get their nails done and they didnt give them the prices prior to completing the work. For 2 full sets they charged 2 teenage children $240. I highly recommend you use the 2 nail salons right up the road. I spoke with Andy who is the manager at the establishment and felt this was appropriate.

I used to frequent here. I stopped as I could barely get an appointment even when booking ahead I’d walk in and still get stuck waiting 30-45 mins. Anyways after a break I’ve decided to start getting my nails done again so I attempted here one more time recently, I walked in was told a one hour wait to see Missy…. I had a little time to burn so I waited no problem. In turn I waited 35 mins for Missy to come out with a smug look just to tell me she couldn’t see me that day. Needless to say I Won’t be back.

Victor is my nail tech and he does excellent quality work! My nail swag is . This salon is clean and very classy. Also, be mindful it’s best to call ahead for an appointment they tend to get really busy throughout the day and don’t even think about the weekends without an appt! Andy also does excellent work and they are very friendly to their guests. Check out my and give them a try!!
