The best experience I’ve had in the middle Ga area!!! Very nice establishment and friendly staff. The Green Tea Honey Spa Pedicure was amazing! It was so relaxing! The nail tech took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. I also like how they have dividers in between the pedicure chairs for privacy. I will definitely be back!

I moved to Warner Robins in October of 2021 and since they I have been going to Bamboo nails and I am surprised at how great the service has been since the first time! It’s the only nail salon I have tried in the area and I haven’t needed to look elsewhere. They do get very busy so I recommend making an appointment – and they do stand by their appointments unlike nail salons I have been to in the past. I always go to Henry for my SNS manicure and signature pedicure – he is the best! Always helps me find the exact color to match my fingers and toes, and if I show him a picture of what I want done, he does a great job to match it. Other staff is also super nice! Ivy has also done my pedicure before – she is super nice and does a great job!

I’ve got regular SNS nails, one color no decorations. They charged me 50$. I’m from Europe and I didn’t know where to go to get my nails done in Warner Robins and my friends suggested me this place telling me to ask for Nick to get my nails done. He did a nice job, he’s really quiet but he knows what he’s doing! I believe it’s a little bit pricey for my standards but I hope they’ll last long! So far so good!

Visited here Dec 3 to get a pedicure and full set with my 3 kids. We just moved here a little over a month so I Googled the best nail place in town and we ended up here. When we got there we signed in and the receptionist asked what we wanted we always do gel but she referred SNS so me and my 12 yr old looked at some but didn’t see any we liked so I told the person doing our nails we would just do gel. After we got our pedicure we were told to sit at a table and my daughter got done before me so the lady doing her nails asked about what she was getting and it’s like they kept consisting we get SNS saying it was better I questioned the man who spoke to my daughter to tell him she was only 12 and that I was her mom and I would be paying they tried to explain to me about the SNS being better but here I am 9 days later and this is the result. I will not be returning and I hate I paid over $300 for our nails and it didn’t last as long as the gel does I need a fill in already just a overall bad experience.

Seems like a great place so I’m even more disappointed I have to give 2 stars. Was visiting from out of town and needed my nails done for an event. The pedicure was absolutely great! Was disappointed to see that someone else would be doing my manicure. Decided to nix the manicure to save time and I’m glad I did because I also didn’t waste more money. Could tell from her technique that she wasn’t too experienced. Gel polish chipped from the very first handwashing. Several nails peeled within days. Had to completely remove polish after less than a week. That has NEVER happened with shellac before. Super disappointed. Gave a tip but only because pedicure was well done.

My husband and I are new to the area and went in this weekend for pedicures. We were so pleased. The employees were friendly and did a wonderful job for us. We left happy and intend to make it our regular salon. We’ll see y’all next month!

I had a pedicure and SNS full set with design. The pedicure was great, I think the callus treatment could be better, all that was done was a pumas stone scrub. The SNS did turn out nice. The design however was not to my liking, I asked for each finger to have a design and only received one design on both hands. Other than the design I did enjoy the solan.

Just moved to WR and was trying to find a good nail salon.. so what do I do? Go to google and find this place with the most reviews. HA boy was I in for a treat. First of all, I came in asking for a full set.. when they pulled my color, it was sns, and I asked if they had this in gel polish because I wanted acrylic not sns.. after they had already started on my nails, they told me that they did not do acrylic because they “didn’t like the smell…” I’m sorry? What nail salon doesn’t do acrylic?! So I settled for sns. Then I showed them what design I wanted and such.. she started cutting and filing my nails into an almond shape after I told her oval. Well they proceeded to tell me that’s not what the picture I showed them was.. I said I know that but I want oval.. I was just showing you the design. Fast forward to the design, another person had to do the design which is understandable BUT it was such a simple design.. and after he did it on one hand I was so disappointed I legit wanted to cry and I just told them to take it off and I just wouldn’t get a design. My boyfriend had already paid and they gave me $15 gift certificate, which I definitely will not be using. Long story short I had to go to another nail salon to do a design on my nails.

This is a cute nail shop. They have a lot of color selections. A lot! I would recommend getting SNS here but not a pedicure. The SNS was beautiful. She did a great job making my nails look natural and pretty. The pedicure was not the best. I paid for the signature pedicure which was not worth it. I have had better pedicures at places that do not split up what they offer in an effort to charge you more. I had to tell the lady she did not cut enough off my toes but she said they are fine. The same day, you could see the polish coming off my big toe smh. I was not happy with the service. Again, I do not recommend the pedicures but I do recommend the SNS. I also got my eyebrows done that day. She did a good job in terms of making them neat but she did take off too much. I do not like my eyebrows thin. I would go back for eyebrows but next time I would direct her more which you should not have to do. ♀️

Every time I go here, I usually make an appointment just because I want to get in and out at the time I scheduled for, but they do walk-ins just as well as they would someone who had an appointment. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I love the privacy barriers when getting a pedicure. Everything is so clean and professional. They do not reuse the files that they use on your feet. They throw them away, which I appreciate. They’ll even offer them to you before throwing them away in case you would like to use them at home. This time I was offered a bottle of water, which shows that they care for their customers. Every trip is better than the one before. I always tell others about how great this salon is. Will always use them! Also, Kim did my nails! Thank you, Kim!
