Bamboo Haircutters

Critical: ValueI have been getting my haircut at Bamboo for 20 years. It never mattered who cut my hair, they always did a nice job. Last week I went in to get a haircut after cutting my own for over a year due to the pandemic. I asked for my ends to be cleaned up and an over all layer. The girl cut an inch off of the back and angled the front. I asked again for layers, and instead she took out the blow dryer. Since she obviously didn’t understand English, I didn’t press the issue because I had no idea what she would have done if I had. $35.00 for a cut and blow dry that my husband could have done for free.
