Worst experience ever! Very rude to my granddaughter. Quoted one price then charged another. Appointment set up verbally, then asked to send text. They never responded and gave the appointment away. Then said they never received the text message that was sent while we were talking to them! Rescheduled for the following day, then charged my granddaughter another $20! They never speak to you the entire appointment, won’t even say good morning or afternoon. I’ve never seen anything so ignorant and rude. We’ll never go back again!

My appointment time was 3p. Amie was ready to start upon my arrive. My crocheting style took about 1 hour & 15 mins. Very professional. Tips were given regarding maintaining & altering the style. I will go again.

Zero stars. They are unprofessional and rude. My niece was given an appointment and told to tex confirmation, she did while there, showed up the next day and no one answered the phone. She was told “I’m not getting out of my bed” and to come back the next day. She was charged additional money outside of what was originally priced.

My wife and daughter had their hair done and it was the best experience ever for both. She was on time, fast, Very professional. My wife isn’t the easiest to please with hair stylist but she was completely blown away by this one. My girls will stay with her forever.

I found this shop online because my normal braiding shop overbooked me and couldn’t do my hair.Bambi was kind enough to text me when she had an opening and allowed me to be a walkin. I absolutely love my knotless box braids, everyone was so kind and professional. Lackluster customer service. I would have left if this place wasn’t my last resort, being that I had an event the next day. The woman made me comb my own hair at the start of the appointment. I attempted to finger detangle as she braided, being that it was obvious she did not know how to detangle hair, resulting in her refusal. Later on, she combed my hair from root to tip (a big no no for 4C natural hair). I will never return.
