Dr. Bambhania and his team were super great to work with. Getting an appointment was easy and I felt very at ease with the doctor’s recommendations. I came to get a mole that was growing and changing color checked out – we did a scrape biopsy and now I’m waiting for the results. The procedure itself was fast and done with absolutely zero pain. Doctor feels the mole looks benign but wanted it looked at to be sure, which I 100% agree with. Staff are kind and caring. It isn’t posh, but I feel completely cared for and know I’m ok competent hands. Not much more you can ask for.

Terrible office staff. They never follow through with things the doctor says they will do, can’t seem to find lab results and are unprepared for appointments. Doctor gets defensive and angry and loud when you share your concerns about his staff. An allergy test was performed incorrectly by untrained staff and after finally agreeing to do it again (after yelling at me) he had to admit that it wasn’t done right in the first place and that I was right. My case may be challenging, but even as he is trying to pass me off to specialists at UCI he promises to put someone responsible on his staff on providing me with a doctor and contact information and they never called me. I had to call after 2 weeks and they gave me a phone number i could have just googled. They didn’t give me any information I couldn’t have found searching for 2 seconds. No contact, no recommendations, nothing. Worst doctor’s experience EVER!!!!
