I began coming here from a recommendation from a friend and I have not been anywhere else since. I’ve moved from barber to barber looking for the right one and I thankfully found Fiorella. She takes her time not only to make sure you look good, but that you’re satisfied as well. Aside from her skills, she’s very friendly and personable. It genuinely feels like I’m being cut by a close friend. Would definitely recommend checking this place out

Fio is great! She is patient and easygoing, and gives great cuts! Especially great with my son who hates getting his chair cut. The only barber I’ve returned to after trying many in the area. Out of a family of 4, 3/4 of us now go to her regularly!

Both of my boys had their first haircut here – and every haircut since. We always have a great experience and have always been happy with how they look. As little guys, they loved to sit in the classic carousel horse seat. Now that they are older they jump into the booster without a fuss, which is really great. No matter how little they were they were treated like big kids – now that they are older they look forward to seeing Dennis and getting a lollipop. Highly recommended

I have been going to Balonze Barber Shop for over a decade. Growing up in the area, I was always looking for a great barber shop. When I walked into Balonze for the first time, it had that look and feel of an old school barber shop but with a modern twist made possible by the staff of incredible barbers. Whether a customer needs a haircut, shave, or even a coloring, the barbers at Balonze are experts! It really is one of those rare and local places where the barbers do such a great job, I used to wait for university break to have my hair cut or beard groomed by them. Even when I am now traveling on business, I still wait because Balonze is the best haircut and hot towel shave I have had in my life. The barbers are always very good with the customers. There is never a long wait at Balonze and becoming a recurring customer is easy with how personal and professional the barbers are with customers. Whether it was joking about my scruff coming in as a kid and getting a hot towel shave just to feel more grown up or now staring in the mirror together to make sure I have an even shave, the Balonze barbers make sure customers are completely satisfied before leaving the barber shop. If I ever move from the area Dennis, we are going to have to talk about opening another Balonze Barber Shop!

Walked in on a Thursday after work, walked out in about 30min with a solid haircut and a straight razor neck shave at a fair price, can’t really ask for much more than that. Also appears to be pretty kid friendly if that’s what you need. Nothing fancy or over the top here just a good neighborhood barber shop.
