I had never done a hydro facial with a microdermabrasion so I wasn’t sure the outcome. Victoria took her time to explain to me every step of the way what she was doing to my face and I felt at ease with her. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable especially during extractions, which I dread!But wow! My skin’s texture was dramatically improved from just one time. I have a stubborn milia on my forehead that after my treatment was smoothed down and is not even noticeable anymore! The best part now is that my makeup even looks better when I apply it now! Critical: QualityI was very excited about trying their hydrofacial/microdermabrasion service. I have an oily skin with clogged pores especially on the chin area. The clogged pores are on the surface and very easy to get out even with my own fingers. We did microdermabrasion and hydrofacial first, and then pore extraction. I walked out and looked in the mirror and the majority of my pores are still clogged/full. At first I thought they might have been deep and hard to get, but I tried getting them with my own fingers and they came out very easily. In addition, my appointment lasted only 50 minutes instead of 1 hour, and my aesthetician asked me questions/talked to me the whole time. I did not feel relaxed/refreshed at all. I have done microdermabrasion before and my skin glowed after walking out. At the end of the appointment, I left only 8% tip since I was unhappy with my experience. The aesthetician looked right at the iPad to see how much I left her and her whole demeanor changed when saying goodbye.I am not usually a person to leave reviews at all, let aside of negative ones. The clogged pores are on the surface and very easy to get out even with my own fingers. We did microdermabrasion and hydrofacial first, and then pore extraction.
