I really loved this place the first time I went! But this time, I had Tim and he was so careless and rubbed the skin around my nails raw when he was doing dip nails. I will come back because I liked the other nail tech I had previously, but I will not ask for Tim ever!

I got the classic pedicure. Service was rushed. I didn’t time it, but seemed like it was 20 – 25 mins. Technician was rough. Picked up my feet and roughly moved them into position. No massage of my calves. I guess they must’ve changed their services. Definitely not relaxing. My tip reflected how I felt about the service. 20% tip is earned. It is not a right. In the past, the technicians did a great job and I was happy.
