I wish I could give them a one star. I would NEVER come back here. They are a rip off!!! Me and my two year old came here yesterday and for a gel polish for her nails and toes and my toes with these ugly nails cost $120!!! I think they are just making up prices in their head. That is outrageous, the girl who did my nails acted like she didn’t want to do them at all, she did even shape them they are so ugly, big and bulky. She didn’t even cut or clean around my cuticles. On top of that I had my wine sitting next to me drinking it, she comes over with an attitude because she didn’t want to do them and hits the little table and knocks my wine over. She didn’t even apologize nor did she get me another one. Of course my daughters polish started coming off later on in the day which was last night. The work is very sloppy and they aren’t friendly. Don’t waste your time or money coming here!!!

Came to this place for the first time and tried to look past the negative reviews, but was NOT pleased with the service at all. I don’t consider myself to be a picky person and am pretty laid back, but was a bit bothered when I noticed their lack of detail. I got a pedicure and dip powder in my nails. I asked for French tip with neon yellow colored and everyone seemed frazzled. I realized the majority of them do not speak English ( except for an older Asian lady, who appears to be the owner ) which made it very hard to get what I asked for. The guy who did my nails could not communicate with me and when I tried to communicate to him, he didn’t understand and would call the older Asian lady I mentioned previously. She translated , but there still seemed to be a lot of things that were not properly communicated. I asked for shellac and in the end was told dip powder was best, so I tried it out. In the end , I was not happy with my nails since they did them the way they thought was best fit (dip powder didn’t last more than 2 days before they cracked). This is my second time using their services. Both times they have done an absolutely beautiful job. I got exactly what I wanted. They are friendly. There was one thing that bothered me. I brought my 5yr old with me. Immediately come thru the door I felt like I was being rushed in a sense. There was only 2 other people there. Please understand people come to the salon to relax and unwind. It was my day off and my daughters first time getting her nails done. I totally understand working in a fast pace environment. I will continue to do business with them, as the owner actually says thank you when I leave.

It seems they’re rushing without being effective and quality is less than acceptable. Pedicure was one of worst one I ever had in a long time. My feet are not bad except for cuticles on my toes. Well the tech didn’t even clean out my toes only cut nails without even smoothing the edges. I went to this place because of the reviews, but pretty disappointed now. I’m giving it a 3 star because the refill was not bad, rushed but average.

This was my first visit to Bally Nails. A very nice setup and the staff were also very nice. The service was also good, but I did not make it one day on my vacation and my nails started chipping and the cuticles looked bad. I paid $180 with tip for their deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was a 2 hour treat. However, I had to take time out of my vacation to go to the spa, since my nails looked so bad. I am out of town for 2 weeks. It is the most I have ever paid for spa services and not happy with the results. For whatever reason they did a better job on my toes.
