Thank you Steven. We had a few laughs and the service was quick, easy and relaxing! The part that made the experience better for me is that he acknowledged a mistake In the polish of my big toe and let me know he would fix it and was able to do so without removing the polish. Other places I’ve went in the past I feel would have not said anything and hoped I didn’t notice if I didn’t say anything. I will definitely be back again. 🙂

My experience here was not good. Polish was done terribly. I made the nail tech aware of the issue twice and was blown off both times. My nails are lumpy. I went in to get a fill in. The only plus is the price but you get what you pay for.

I will never use this salon again. They tried to screw me out of $50. I used cash app to pay for my services he done my card two more times after and said it wouldn’t go threw. So my husband came in there and gave them $50 cash. Well when I got to the car I seen where it went threw on my cash app and we went right back in. They wouldn’t give him his $50 back told us to come back in 10 hrs. We fussed with them for about 10 mins. Well the other lady that was in there got up and walked out right behind us because of the way they did me. So I went on my cash app and canceled the payment. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails are popping off and I have never had that problem before with other salons. I would recommend if your gonna use them to have cash and not to use a card what so ever. Oh and I got them done the Saturday before Halloween and they done popped off.

This was really bad! I asked for colored acrylic (solar nails) and the tech started to put dip powder on me. When I stopped her she stated it would be $15 to remove it so I felt stuck and ended up getting something I didn’t want for an overall price of $60. Even after all of that I had to have them fixed elsewhere for even more!! Just look at this mess. Want I wanted be what I got. It looks like a child did this

First of all, I’m giving them 2 Stars because the sugar scrub pedicure ($28) was great! I will say, that the staff is very friendly and kind. I paid $55 to get a design done on each nail. It wasn’t anything too complicated ( it still didn’t look like the picture that I showed them though). I wasn’t happy with the design results. I told myself that I would just deal with it until my next appointment but the NOT ONE but TWO NAILS BROKE OFF THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! I have been getting my nails done on and off since I was 16 and I have NEVER had something like this happen. $55 and they did not even last a day

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI used another nail salon for over a year. They changed owners so I set out to find another nail salon. Came across valley nails there’s a young lady in there that is amazing. I’m not sure of her name unfortunately I’ve been several times now for a manicure nail dip now art and a pedicure. The pedicures they’re good and very meticulous but the young lady that does my nails again is amazing. I don’t think there’s nothing she can’t do. I went in there the first time and she redid my nails they were amazing it was a black powder dip with gold flakes beautiful this last time I went I had showed her the previous time what I wanted done she took a picture of it I came a week ago and she did it exact. I go next week and she’s going to do a beautiful Christmas art. I used another nail salon for over a year. They changed owners so I set out to find another nail salon. Came across valley nails there’s a young lady in there that is amazing. I’m not sure of her name unfortunately I’ve been several times now for a manicure nail dip now art and a pedicure. Update… Went back today gave the royal pedi a try. It was so awesome. I had a different technician and he knew what he was doing. Great massage and overall pedi. I think the key may be the technician. That foot massage put me to sleep. He took his time. The paint job is great too. Glad I gave them another chance.

I decided to try this place for the first and LAST time because it was close to where I were and my salon I normally go to was too far to travel. I asked for a pedicure, nails take off and gel polish on my nails. A guy did my pedicure. Prior to him polishing my toes, I specifically told him how I wanted by toes polished. I explained I wanted my whole nail painted and he stated he understood. (For some reason, I have to always tell anyone new that polish my toes this) So, he polishes my toes and I’d noticed my whole nail wasn’t polish, so I kindly let him know. He said ok and he proceeds to polish, still not polishing my whole nail, so I pointed it out to him again. He says, “it’s not your nail, it’s your skin”, which clearly wasn’t. So, another guy comes over and look at my toes and says, “that’s your skin, not toenail, basically saying the same thing the other guy said just because he didn’t want to agree with me and go against his co-worker because again, you can clearly see it was my toenail. So than he says, she going to paint your nail. I said, ok that’s fine. A lady come to me, sits down aggressively and in a very RUDE voice says, WHICH ONE NOT DONE RIGHT? I said to her, what you won’t do is, be rude and unprofessional to me bc I expressed my concern about my nails. So she proceeds to polish my nails and does a horrible job. Meanwhile, the girl doing my nails is aggressively painting my nails and has a very nasty attitude with me. She saw the bubbles in the paint on my nails and still proceeded to paint over it and was ok with how they looked and wasn’t going to repaint them until I said something. This place is HORRIBLE. The weren’t apologetic and could care less about ensuring their clients are satisfied. Ifbyou don’t like the service provided, you’re not to complain, just pay. They don’t value their customers and they treat their customers as if you are beneath them. I definitely wish I’d looked at their reviews prior to going because it seems every other review are bad expirences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, SINKING TITANIC!!

The Nail tech did an awesome job but no one informed me that to get a design required gel nail polish and they were doing my 10 year old’s nails so she didn’t know any better and so we ended up paying way more than initially expected.
