Every time I come here I always have an amazing experience. Carmen does my UV gel fills and does a great job. This time we added chrome on top and it’s my favorite one to date! The staff is always so friends and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough- I live on the upper east side and I come all the way down here just for them!!

I have been coming here religiously since 2018. For about 6 months prior I had been going from place to place to place to find people who were able to do SNS powder gel manicures well and every place was a disaster. Ballet slippers had an excellent staff who had my nails looking flawless. Carmen, Maria, and Narci are the best. Eventually I started going for other services as well. Don’t think that just because it’s a nail salon you’re not going to get a great massage. Grace is better than anybody I’ve ever been to. She is highly skilled and has been massaging me throughout my pregnancy and keeping me comfortable. I go every 2-3 weeks for gel manicure and lashes. Now that I’m too pregnant to reach my feet I’ve been getting the spa pedicure as well. It’s a lovely indulgence. I adore everybody here and never want to go anywhere else.

I had worst experience ever! I came for Gel manicure and this is literally a joke. The work is sooooo unprofessional and the front desk person I think her name is Michelle.. she is super rude and called me crazy just because I asked to fix the bubbling nails. I don’t recommend this place. I hope they’ll close it or fire Michelle Gel manicures

Favorite salon in nyc. I’ve lived in Manhattan for almost 2 years and everyone who works here is lovely. Super kind, efficient, accommodating, and my UV gel manicure has been on for over 3 weeks and I’m just now scheduling an appointment for a fill! 10/10 would recommend 🙂 (NOTE: first photo shows rlly rough skin around nails but that was DONE BY ME before getting the manicure. Carmen was so careful and basically worked magic to do this manicure on such beat up nails/cuticles. Second photo is 3 weeks later!!)

Very accommodating and did a great job! Massage by Grace was amazing. I walked in with a limp and walked out walking normal again and feeling so much less tight than I have been in months. Incredible massage left me feeling so much better. Possibly the best massage, most beneficial with my chronic pain from injury I’ve had. Manicure and pedicure was also done well with natural results. Very relaxing experience.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this salon. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done and trying this new place . I made an appointment for a specific time (which was after work, since my office is near by) and when i called the day of to confirm, the woman proceeded to tell me i had the wrong time and i had to come earlier. This is extremely frustrating because I specifically confirmed the time with the woman the day before . They refused to see me at the scheduled time . This ruined my day and my plans . Horrible customer service . Don’t waste your time!!!
