I had an amazing experience at this location. Here are photos for reference! I got an “almond shaped ombré full set” yesterday at another location in Sterling. I was disappointed with how they turned out (I looked like a werewolf). I went to Ballerina Nails and Spa on short notice to have my nails redone. Lily took me on short notice to fix the disaster! She did an amazing job and took her time. I look forward to my next visit.

Not happy with it. My nails isn’t the shape I wanted or the right color. Compare them to the picture looks so different. Plus lots of mistakes you can see in my nails. I like for it to be fixed but not by the person that did it. I don’t like conflict that’s why I kept my mouth closed. I need to learn to speak up.

I have a really hard time picking nail salons,(been getting disappointed lately) but after seeing a bunch of good reviews, I came in as a walk in today. Last minute idea. Ive been doing some reading on Gel X extensions and really was set on that. The salon was full, every one was busy and they were booked. I was prepared to come back another day and would have been okay with going ahead and booking now that I felt how relaxing the vibe is there. However, the techs had a quick conversation and I was told they could get me in in 30 mins. I was truly surprised and the customer service was the best I have experienced in a long time. Didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience. 30 minutes later, I was in Lilys chair.

This place is the best nail salon I have ever been in. It was clean, if you had an appointment you didn’t have to wait, excellent customer service, and by far the best service I’ve ever had. I was able to show a picture of what I liked and it came out perfect. I’m used to finding easy nail designs so my nails would look decent. Their pictures honestly speak for themselves. They do incredible work. I will recommend to everyone. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.
