Service was extremely rushed. And the effort was not there. I was charged full price to walk out with these nails. I’ll never be back and will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. Quality service is more important than money. Slow down and prioritize your clients that are in your chair. That’s how you’ll actually retain clientele.

For the first time I decided to get my finger nails done and I regret it. The nail tech was rushing, not paying attention, nipped my skin and drew blood several times. I dislike posting negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work I received. I had pedicures done there before and had no complaints. For the first time I decided to get my finger nails done and I regret it. The nail tech was rushing, not paying attention, nipped my skin and drew blood several times. The employees here are rather rude. I work in retail so I understand that working with the public can be difficult but that is no excuse to be rude. I came here when it was not busy and these two ladies were extremely rude to my sister and I . Then for my mani pedi this man was very rude and seemed like he was in a rush , keep in mind there were only at least 5 people in the salon by the time he was doing my nails. He did not do a good job on my nails either, he got nail polish on my fingers and it just looked super sloppy . Definitely would not recommend coming here and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I was very disappointed with the $65 charge for acrylic nails and a $55 pedi that I thought was going to be $45 for each. And she hurt my daughter with the file. I was told the full set would be $40 “and up” i should have questioned the $65 but i just paid and left and won’t be back.

I tried this place twice against my better intuition. The owner is not polite, people friendly. The woman who did my feet, held my foot by my toe. The water was cold. The place is tight, dirty, not organized. James did great on my nails. He took the time, was more personable. I will not be returning. However, if you’re in a jam and need something ASAP, they take walk ins.

The employees at this nail salon are really nice. I would say that they do regular gel polish nails really well, not so acrylic nails. I say this because, every time I get acrylics from this salon I am never satisfied. My nails always turn out different from one another and break within a couple days. The amount of time and money it took for me to get my nails done I would expect them to at least turn out nice. Another really inappropriate interaction that I have been having with this nail salon is that every time I go to pay they always “ask” for a tip or say “20 even?” implying that even though my total is $20 they are asking for more. This is very inappropriate and un- professional. Them asking for a tip every time makes me want to stand my ground and not give them one. I have never been to a place where the employees themselves ask for a tip… I was really caught off guard when I brought a friend and the employees continued to ask for a tip. It honestly made the experience awkward and embarrassing!

Worst place and experience. Place is dirty and unorganized. The woman burned my foot in the hot water because she forced my foot down after I told her it was hot. She didn’t trim or file she just barely ran the file over and then did the same with the stone and didn’t use any scrub or soap. I didn’t say anything because I was so upset by this point after she burned my foot and put zero effort. She was rude and then at the end just left without saying anything. She didn’t even say she was done. Then when I went to pay she told me how much it was and then asked me how much I wanted to give her. Literally asking for a tip!
