I’ve had a great experience over the month I’ve been going here. I usually make 90 minute appointments and definitely feel attended to from when I walk in to when I walk out. I would definitely suggest committing to the membership after your figure out if this is the place for you. But before you schedule any new appointments. Wife thought she could sign up after she got out from an appointment and still had to pay full rate. So something to be aware of before you burn a few extra bucks you don’t need to.

Amazing spa in Olympia! I recently relocated here from another state and took on a job with a hectic schedule. Finding a massage therapist was top of my list to help manage the stress. I saw Jereck for a 60-min signature massage and am really thankful to have found him. He was excellent — in tune with what I said but also what my body was showing him. Overall, highly recommend. I stopped considering other spas and I’ve already scheduled another another appointment.

When I booked my appointment with Ballaura I was having significant shoulder and neck pain. I have had many massages before at other places that were relaxing but didn’t quite work out the pain. I scheduled a 90 min deep tissue massage with Doug and I was not disappointed. I expressed my concerns with my shoulder and he did a great job attending to my needs. There was a great balance of relaxation along with stretching and pressure points to help the muscles. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the body and how to help. This was unlike any other massage I have ever had before. I will definitely be coming back. Big thank you to Doug for a great job. Also thank you to the front staff who was very inviting and welcoming. Great experience all around!

Loved the massage with Josie. She is a highly capable intuitive and professional therapist. I had some minor issues on the front desk side but they were overcome quickly. Spa was clean with many thoughtful enhancements for a better guest experience. Can’t wait to get back!

10/10. Josie was fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my first maternity massage. She was educational and friendly throughout the massage but also let there be plenty of room for silence so I could relax. I’ll definitely be back to see Josie!

This was my first massage ever, I got a prenatal massage and it was amazing! Wonderful staff, so friendly and nice, they make you feel very comfortable. Inside is very aesthetically pleasing and it’s very clean. Good pricing too. Definitely will be returning when I can.

Ive had a lot of massages at a lot of studios/clinics. I’ve never had such a noticeable response in how well my body feels and functions after a massage. It felt more therapeutic and rehabilitating versus just an hour of relaxation that ended when the massage did. It’s 24+ hours later and I’m still feeling the relief. Book with Josie!

Everyone at Ballaura is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, comfortable and creates a relaxing atmosphere. All of the massage therapists are very good and will massage away the pain or provide a totally relaxing massage depending on what you are looking for.
