Very poor experience they cut me on my foot and i was bleeding. The girl also sawed my toe nail to different levels and when i complained she just tried to keep going. They acted like they couldn’t understand me and then said someone welder would do it but my toe was still bleeding. Pedicure

I felt I was overcharged only because I came in for a simple manicure and French pedicure. I was charged $40 although I painted my nails clear and only got a French with clear nail polish on my toes. The technician who did my pedicure did and amazing job at the massage it really was the best massage but I felt she was under experienced and had to repaint my toes. Since I came an hour prior to closing the owner decided to do my manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair no water or anything I didn’t even get to wash my hands. Overall I will never go back I thought they were very nice but for what I received and how it was done I paid way too much.

Yes, this place is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Unfortunately, the professionalism of management leaves much to be desired. I’ve scheduled appointments two weeks in a row that we’re not honored. Upon arrival, the owner/manager simply told me the nail tech that was supposed to work with me was with another client and would not be able to service me. When I reminded him that I had an appointment, he simply said ‘sorry’. The first time it happened I was frustrated, but still came back the next week hoping it was an isolated incident. But when I received the same nonchalant, dismissive ‘sorry’ the following week when my appointment was again disregarded, it was enough to send me elsewhere.

The atmosphere and aura were very calming, HOWEVER, after spending nearly $70 on a mani and pedi, the nail polish on both my nails and ties were literally peeling off in 2 days. My finger nails especially looked atrocious. I did go back on the 3rd day, to complain, and at that time, my concerns and dissatisfaction were ignored. The male owner literally refused to validate the poor quality of the service i received, or the obvious low grade polish they use. In fact, this is the second time this has happened, so this is a pattern. I would never recommend this place, unless, you are into poor quality, service and Wasting hard earned money!!!

I’m honestly horrified at my experience here. I called to schedule an appointment and was instructed to come in at 6:00pm.I arrived at 6:00pm exactly but I was not serviced until 6:30pm. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and the pedicure lasted for MAYBE 5 minutes before she starts to paint my toes. I asked if she was finished already and she told me that they were closing at 7:30 and then proceeded to rush my pedicure and then give me a very bad paint job. The pedicure bowl was poorly cleaned (she just rinsed it) and they all looked slightly stained. I just moved into this area and I’ve been trying to find a place to get a decent manicure and pedicure, but sadly I did not have that experience here. Very upset about this entire visit.

EXCELLENT!!!! I was a regular customer of another nail salon in Carle Place area. There was a recent storm and my place closed. I checked out this place Baldwin Nail & Spa and I was more than happy. Very clean, relaxing, inviting, friendly…and most of all, they are up to date with nail designs and technique which the previous salon was missing. Kenny is awesome; he has a wonderful energy…always smiling laughing and may even do a dance for you. You won’t be disappointed by this true gem of Baldwin.
