I gave Baldwin Hair Loft multiple chances with my hair. I requested hand-tied hair extensions. The first time the smaller of the rows was completely visible and unable to be disguised with hair. I went and got it redone. The next move up, my hair extensions fell out within the week. I was already disappointed to pay so much money to have them fall out almost instantly. This final time I came to the studio, once again the mini row was placed too high and as soon as I got home my fiancé pointed it out and that the color did not match at all. I ended taking out the extensions I just paid $200 for the night at home. I am disappointed with my extensions and am done giving chances to this salon.

I used The Studio on multiple occasions leading up to and including my wedding this summer. Marissa hosted a spray tan party for myself and some of the girls prior to my bachelorette party and wedding and we all left with the most gorgeous natural looking glows! The spray tan party was a fun way for us to all hang out together and decompress the night before the events – we hung out in the bridal suite in between spray tans and enjoyed charcuterie and mimosas that were included with booking the party. My wedding day itself was just as exceptional. All of the girls doing hair and makeup were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating to work with. My bridesmaids all looked amazing and the girls didn’t leave without making sure that everyone was happy with how they looked and got any touch ups that were needed. They even took time to do hair and put some makeup on the flower girls to make them feel included. The Studio also handled arrangements for food and drinks while we were getting ready and it was one less thing that my bridesmaids had to worry about that day…we all just showed up, relaxed and enjoyed being pampered! I couldn’t recommend The Studio more and the experience will always be a memorable part of my wedding day.

If Marissa could spray tan me every single day I would 100% always have a spray tan. She is so professional & makes you feel extremely comfortable. Her tans make me feel so much more confident about myself & they are the perfect bronze glow with absolutely 0 orange or weird tones. If you are like me & do not tan in the sun you just burn, I HIGHLY recommend Marrissa for all of your tanning needs.

I called and let them know I was unhappy and was told to come back the next day. Upon arrival it was extremely awkward and then rushed. I left the salon with wet hair and couldn’t even see the finished product. Once it dried, it was apparent how choppy the color was and the haircut was not symmetrical.
