Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs a WITNESS to my MOTHER who came home CRYING from a HAIR APPOINTMENT today from BALDI’S. By far the most rude and disrespectful person on the phone named LISA. For a root touch up for blond hair, the finish was overall dark brown hair with faded highlights. Her hair looked like an 80’s Walmart cap pull with peroxide and yellow crayon. I know times are hard with COVID and all but has 8 week really disconnected so much that we are unable to treat another person with some HUMAN KINDNESS. This post is not just about ‘hair gone wrong’ but about standing up for those who get STEPPED ON. As a WITNESS to my MOTHER who came home CRYING from a HAIR APPOINTMENT today from BALDI’S. By far the most rude and disrespectful person on the phone named LISA.
