BALD is such a unique and fun place for waxing and spa services! As you walk in, your welcomed into a “lobby” that is essentially a beautiful book store. Megan is amazing! So personable and makes getting a manzillian less…well you know, weird! On top of that, laughing gas to take the pain/edge off?!?!? Yeah, how can I not love getting waxed! Love this place!

Very disappointed with the services they offer. I have been going to this place for laser hair removal on my back for almost a year and a half and have seen little to no reduction of hair on my back ( over 15 treatments) . Probably have spent close to 3 thousand dollars on treatments here. Staff is not well trained and doesn’t really know what they are doing. Every time i go in they ask me what they should do instead of them telling me. Do not waste your time. Plus there is no reason you should have waxed my back after the laser. This is completely backwards.
