I have been going to BB salon for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! Erika is seriously the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! Not only is she so talented and always doing her best to achieve my hair goals, she makes coming to the salon fun and relaxing. I recently wanted to go a little darker with my hair color and instead of complaining about it or making me feel uncomfortable for wanting to do something different, she welcomed the change and was just as excited as I was to see the results. ****UPDATE 8/22***The first thing I did was ask for gray coverage at the second visit. I specifically asked for coverage of the gray, and explained in detail how I had been having to use powdered root cover for 4 weeks. I understand aging and texture. Let’s be real with one another. If you want to call all of the gray in the front and middle of my crown “blending” we may need to have you booked for an eye exam. There’s no blending of anything. The photos are a representation of how not to blend gray. I even had a lengthy conversation with Dani about not “being able to go another 4-6 weeks with gray”, with what I do for a living. I understand you’re trying to save face and keep your bogus rating, but the fact remains that I asked for coverage NOT blending. If you or your salon can’t handle a permanent color request with highlights, that another issue all together. You didn’t ask me to upgrade my service. You asked me to pay $85 for root coverage after asking for root coverage and paying almost $300 for that service. Furthermore, it wasn’t days after, it was the next morning. I tried to reach Dani on IG, but never got a response. So, I called the salon first thing Monday.

Dani was absolutely amazing! It had been awhile since I had my hair cut and styled, so I know it needed some love. Dani gave it that wash, cut, and voluminous curl texture it needed and then some! I will definitely be back! She was very fun, personable, and professional! I will not be going to her for everything! It was a Great experience! I highly recommend Dani!

Critical: QualityI recently moved to the area and have been looking for a salon to do my blonde hair. I’ve been “blonde” for the last 20 years. I got my hair done and wanted to cry. I got home and my husband, friends, kids were like holy hell what happened. My son couldn’t stop laughing when he saw me. I have never called a salon in my life to complain. The salon did tell me I could come back to fix it. The problem is they couldn’t really fix it. They tried and I loved the woman who did try. But now my hair just looks half bad. There are random red pieces and the back is different than the front! And what made me really mad is now I have to come back 3 weeks later to try to fix it more. So another $300 down the drain just to get my hair back to what it was before. I called the owner and left a message. I showed them the pics. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a salon to do my blonde hair. I’ve been “blonde” for the last 20 years. I got my hair done and wanted to cry. I got home and my husband, friends, kids were like holy hell what happened. My son couldn’t stop laughing when he saw me. I have never called a salon in my life to complain.
