I had a pain in my shoulder and neck for weeks. I went to the doctor and he prescribed muscle relaxers which really did not seem to help and I did not like the way I felt on them. I decided to try something else and that is how I found Kara. She gave me a deep muscle massage and found several knots in my muscles which caused the pain. At first it was pretty uncomfortable while she worked on them, but she hot them to let loose. I immediately felt better and the pain was gone. I will continue to see Kara since I have a very stressful life and she will stop further muscle knots and pain in the future. Her prices are great, her personality is awesome and she is very, very good. I highly recommend anyone having problems to see Kara. You will not be disappointed!!!
