My husband and I booked a Date Night experience and it was one of the most relaxing yet fun dates we have been on! And added bonus we both left feeling so refreshed! Cass was so nice and extremely informative of both the Sauna and Salt room. The shop was extremely clean and had an amazing vibe the second you walked in! We felt so comfortable and welcomed! I would recommend 100%!

Staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Couple downfalls: the sauna is short, if you are tall this doesn’t work well, my knees touched the door. The provided back rests in the sauna only work at an angle, which you can’t do when you’re already using all the leg space. Last, the massaging chair only vibrates, I was expecting the massage with rollers etc.

I just love this place! Very inviting, comfortable, relaxing environment. The Infared sauna is so awesome. Every time I go, I’m thinking man, I wish I did this more often. It’s such a great self care service l, I highly recommend it. The salt rooms are wonderful as well. If you are wanting to do more for your health, take care of yourself, be in a great environment, then it’s is right up your alley.

What a way to treat yourself! I enjoyed the sauna as well as salt therapy and I’m hooked! I’ve been feeling stuffy and anxious with the season (I suffer annually but I love the other seasons here so I stay). Not only was I relaxed but it was also the first night in as long as I can remember that I didn’t lay down and have my nose stuff up immediately. Cass knows her business and the environment was inviting! I will be back!
