I visited this place about a month ago and it’s one of the best massages I’ve had. The way they position your head is just perfect. Whenever I get massages at other places, by the time they need me to flip over, my neck just feels achy and tense. The head rest is tilted in the perfect position. I know this may sound silly, but it’s not lol After my 60-minute massage, I did a quick 30-minute facial and it just felt nice. I look forward to scheduling my next visit in the next couple of weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Well, I think I found one that’s actually TOO good! I’ve come back to this spa every week for five weeks, and will miss this place dearly when I have to go back home.The staff are so nice and professional, and the massages are the best I’ve ever gotten. I’m honestly surprised that there aren’t more rave reviews about this place. A lot of my crew from set have come here too and love this place as much as I do. I’m from DC and have been here in LA on a job for the past couple of weeks in which I’m on my feet all day, so the first thing I looked for was a good massage place. Well, I think I found one that’s actually TOO good! I’ve come back to this spa every week for five weeks, and will miss this place dearly when I have to go back home.

♂️Wooow I went on Saturday, and I got one of the best facials. The facial was satisfactory. My face looks better and I feel good. Fon is very professional, I will definitely come back and recommend her.

Overall the massage was great and was a great experience, but I was a bit disappointed to receive a convenience fee for using a credit card. Not only is this illegal in the state of California, but I don’t recall seeing visible postage signage to indicate this. I would love to return, but seeing as this is how the business is ran, I will only return when this is cleared up. It seems that owner might not be aware of this.

Did the 2 hour massage, and got the deepest massage I’ve ever received. The massage was great, however without warning the masseuse climbed on the table and started walking on my back. The masseuse never asked about any sort of goals or medical injuries, just walked in and started massaging. I have received many massages in my lifetime and all have began with discussion/introduction with masseuse. Just wanted to make sure people are aware of this in case they have injuries and are considering a massage here!

WOWOWOWOWOW! First facial ever and I will definitely be making this a monthly thing. I have huge pores, tons of black heads, some rogue pimples, and just skin that doesn’t pop. Nina changed all of that and I’m just getting home. I was told tomorrow will look even better. I can’t wait. I called about five of my friends on the way home raving about my experience with Nina. Balanced body spa was clean, peaceful, and everything I wanted it to be. I can’t wait to try out more services like massage and start getting these facials monthly. Thank you Nina!!!
