I just came to Balanced Beauty for waxing and was blown away by the experience. Jessica was professional and friendly from start to finish. The salon is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and just has a very relaxing feel overall. Unprofessional. Will NOT be returning! Gave my mom a huge rash after her facial treatment. I ended up taking her to urgent care because it was so extreme!!! Huge waste of money and time. My mother might be taking legal action as a RASH has NEVER happened to her with any other skin treatment she has had. Not sure if things weren’t sanitized correctly before treatment.

Absolutely the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had but aside from relaxing which is a super benefit she was the most knowledgeable about my skin. Great skin care specialist! My eyebrows are a lil tricky cause one slightly higher than the other but she did a really nice job getting them lined up and even! They came out great as usual!! Also with previous wax experiences I have broken out after the fact but my last few treatments with Balanced Beauty I have not had any issues!!
