Hello, I gave been going to Balance for over 10 yrs. & have always been well taken care of. Until I booked an appt. With a new massage therapist. My regular one Alex is no longer there, he did great work. I had to cns with the new guy once because of my car not starting. They have been very full with there bookings which is great to see. So I’m looking fwd to my massage had tough week. I have chronic health issues & my closest Uncle had suffered a terrible auto accident.( since passed) So I really needed to unwind. I get to my appointment, only to be told by that massuese that he can’t work on me because I have cost him too much money. & that I was supposed to be charged for that cns but they feel( Balance massage) sorry for me & don’t follow policy for me. So sadly I can longer patron this establishment. I have never in my life encountered someone so money hungry to be that rude to my face. I should have been phoned or texted anything but that interaction. Smh
