My first experience at Balance Spa was good, but my second experience with a different massage therapist was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Fiona, the best massage therapist I have ever had. She definitely knows where your stress points are and makes you feel comfortable. The larger room where I had one of my massages is beautiful and relaxing. My husband also had a massage with Fiona and came back home very relaxed and happy. I am booking my first facial there soon and am looking forward to it!

This is absolutely the perfect place to go for a girls spa morning because they have so many services available in so many estheticians and massage therapists. I also love they have a private room in the back where you can all meet before and after and probably the best part is the water and snacks as you wait for the other girls to finish!

I went to Balance Spa yesterday for the first time and loved it! I had a facial and massage and both were amazing. I left there feeling so relaxed which was needed after a stressful week of work. Kelly was my massage therapist and I had Moira for my facial – both were fantastic. I highly recommend each of them.

I am not one to leave reviews but Balance Spa deserves a great one. The staff is kind and helpful. The space is extremely calming and relaxing. I have had massages here and there in my adult life, mostly on vacations and such but nothing compares to the ones I have received here from Jenny. I have chronic back issues for injuries cheerleading back in high school and coming the Balance Spa has helped me immensely. Jenny is unbelievable. She knows what she’s doing and I have continued to schedule more each time I go there. She is calm and welcoming and isn’t afraid to use the pressure that I desperately need (which is extremely firm). I am so thankful my husband picked Balance Spa to get me a mothers day gift this year. 🙂

I had a deep tissue massage with Fiona. She is amazing: a master at her craft, for sure. She applies the right amount of pressure, she’s thorough and she allowed me to relax so my stress melted away. Fiona always makes you feel so comfortable. And Balance Spa is beautiful. It offers so much, I can’t wait for my next visit. Please go see Fiona, you will not be disappointed!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Main entrance is bright and airy then as soon as you go beyond the first door the lighting is more calming with relaxing sounds playing in the background. There is a comfortable seating area where you wait. Jenna was the person who did my massage. I was so relaxed when I left that I didn’t even know what to do with myself for the rest of the day. 10 out of 10.

Fiona is an outstanding massage therapist with great communication skills and amazing attention to detail. Every massage feels customized. Balance is a top tier spa – a lovely facility, wonderful staff who are all professional and friendly, and a nice selection of quality products available for purchase. Always a great experience.

I have been to Balance Spa several times for a Deep Tissue massage. They are always on time which is very important to me as I am always on the go and on a tight schedule. I can not say enough good things about Janelle. She is a 10/10. She Always checks in before we start to see where I want her to focus and checks on the pressure after the first 10 minutes. My shoulders thank her for her wonderful work.

I recently had a pedicure with Gabby. She did an excellent job and was very sweet and personable as well as professional. Even though sandal season is over it’s nice to sit and admire your own feet at home! The cinnamon and clove scrub was delightful!

This establishment is very clean, the hospitality is very welcoming. My massage, exceptional and because I have some medical issues it was extremely beneficial, all that I hoped for and more. I would definitely recommend Carley, although I’m quite sure all are great. I am looking forward to my next visit!
