Critical: ProfessionalismWow. I called to ask about a service and she tried to gently nudge me in the direction of a service I did not want. Then said I’m generally too busy to do what you’d like, then a pause. I said “Okay I guess I won’t bother you then.” At which point Karen came out of her with a snide high pitched voice of “Okee bye!” Ouch!
