I’ve been seeing Andrea for about 4 years (give or take limitations during COVID) and she is my absolute go-to person for relaxation or any body aches/pains that I have. I cannot even see anyone else because they just don’t compare to the magic that is her. She is thoughtful, listens, targets areas of concern, and genuinely cares about your recovery. I am now pregnant and have made it a priority to get in and see her as often as I can. She takes extra care for all the body changes that happen during pregnancy, and she is also informative on what to do to care for your body outside of massage therapy. She has truly become a friend over the years, and I love the practice that she has built!

I had never had a massage before, I was nervous because I am a year past shoulder surgery and had a lot of tension. Adia instantly made me feel comfortable, from the moment I walked in she brought a sense of calmness. I didn’t have any pain during the massage, it was very relaxing. I was sore for a day or two but I followed her advice (rotate hot and cold pack as needed) and the pain was minimal. I will be seeing Adia as much as I can, she brought me peace, in body and mind.

I’ve seen both Andrea and Adia, and both are amazing. I even took my 12 year old daughter for a 30 minute session, and Adia made it a wonderful experience. I saw Andrea for the second time yesterday and will continue to book monthly sessions. The studio is very calming and clean, and the massage is unreal.
