Been coming here off and on for years and it’s been a consistently nice experience. I appreciate their selection of natural nail polish from brands like Zoya. There’s no chemical smell inside and it feels clean. The massage chairs are nice during pedicures. Prices are very reasonable and parking lot is right in front with lots of spaces. Balance nails has always been my go to nail salon as they are friendly, clean, and do an excellent job. I work with adults with disabilities and brought one of my clients here with me for a manicure. All of the staff here went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed, comfortable, and pampered! At one point he had not one but two nail technicians assisting him! It was an amazing experience and he now looks forward to returning regularly!

All the staff are so sweet and they do an amazing job. Also always very clean. They use a bag liner in the pedicure tub that’s gets thrown out each time, and brand new tools they open in front of you. Reasonable prices and good quality polish to pick from! The man at the front desk is so nice and always on top of everything. I would recommend Seda, Anna, or Angela, but they are all awesome!!

I was in the area for the day, stopped in for a pedicure. The plaza is very nice, the staff was very attentive and welcoming as soon as I stepped foot through the door. My pedicure was very nice, and I felt very respected in their chair. They offered me a complimentary bottled water, of course the massage chair, and they were very helpful with picking out a color. They also have a frequent customer punch card, buy 4 and receive $6 off your next one. Very pleasant, and extremely satisfied with the choice to stop here. Definitely recommend.

I have been to this location a bunch of times. Reservations sometimes and walk in others, both accommodated me. Super clean and no acrylics means no dust and smell. Great selection of polish including vegan. I highly recommend this salon

Love this place! They do a good job and the facility is so clean and open. They have such a huge color selection and the gel options are so nice.
