I purchased a special package, and I was unable to make it to my initial appointment so I asked to reschedule. They said yes and asked for what days/times were best for me, and then never got back to me. I followed up 2 weeks later to ask what date it can be rescheduled for, and they still have not gotten back to me. Disappointing that run promotions and then don’t follow through. Guess I’ll need to dispute the charge.
