Sonja was my massage therapist and had made me feel comfortable and relaxed with my comfort level of the massage. She explained me what massages do for the body and for my career it would benefit getting them. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The place in general was very welcoming and trusting! This was a great bday present from my mom and i would now book for more appointments. Balance between my job and this I can have a amazing stresss free life. And no knots!!

Wow! I’ve never felt better! I’m a chef, and as such work in a stressful, physically demanding environment. Because of that, I suffer from the common pains of someone on their feet all day and doing a fair amount of physical labor. Tight shoulders, sore feet, etc. I started going to balance a few months ago, and the ladies there have done wonders! I can turn my neck without pains or creaks like an old rust bucket, and my shoulder pain from over use has begun to fade away. Recommend this place 100 times over
