Jenna’s business, balance + glow esthetics, was better than I could’ve imagined. The building is of new construction and her room is pristine. I felt at ease receiving services from Jenna knowing how clean everything was. I received my first lash lift and tint from her. She was very professional and communicated each step of the process with me, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I don’t often treat myself to beauty regimes outside of the house, but her friendly and knowledgeable approach, as well as her heated bed and calming music, made me want to go back to receive more services.
