Hate to give negative reviews, but if I could give a zero star I would. Had a facial and massage scheduled for the same day. Got the facial earlier and said I would be back later for a massage. Facial was great, but front desk was extremely unorganized and bickering as I was paying. To make it worse, recovering from surgery so on crutches (which everyone saw) and when I came back for my massage I was led to the back and therapist (woman who was EXTREMELY condescending) explained to me I needed to wait 6 weeks or have a doctors note. Ok, fair enough. Explain to me how that isn’t a question when you put your card on file and schedule a massage???? When I was leaving the front desk didn’t say a word and neither did the therapist. I’ve NEVER been treated so rudely or poorly by a business before. Would not recommend based on their disgusting manners, rude staff, disorganization, and horrible alternatives. I had the surgery on my leg, maybe would have been nice for her to offer to do less time and my upper body, but no. Just wanted to make me feel stupid for not knowing I needed a note even when I talked to my surgeon and PT. There were also others unhappy when I was there due to wait times as well as people running over so the clients couldn’t even get in….. atrocious. Find somewhere else.

I’m very disappointed in the way the spa has changed in the past few months. The girls at the front desk are very unprofessional, bordering on attitude. Professional language isn’t used and again, borderline rude. No professional dress is exhibited, club attire or outdoor jackets and casual dress is worn. I canceled my membership because of the changes and my biggest loss is Morgan, she is professional and her facials are wonderful. Spectacular! I used to look forward to going to the Balance Day Spa. I won’t go when BMW sends us.

Do not get your nails done here!!! I went there because I wanted to try something different. (Note: they use natural nails) and so the tech was 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, neither she nor the receptionist apologized, and then, I had to personally hold the uv light for each nail that was put on. Two separate times, she made a mistake and had to start the nail over. When I got home one nail came off, then a day later, another and then another. So in a week, 3 nails have popped off and I spent $50. Do not go here for nails and please avoid Christina as she was quite unprofessional

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The spa is nice, but business practices are beyond poor and the front desk is terrible. I purchased a package for my wife for Christmas and was never told that there are no refunds, but it gets better…my wife is pregnant and I was never told that you can’t get a regular massage. She needs a pre-natal massage which is the exact same price, but they won’t budge on this even if you come a different day than for the other items in the package. The front desk told me “it’s an inconvenience and makes it complicated for them”. BUYER BEWARE. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received and I’m sure that if this is the norm, this business won’t be around in years to come. It also appears that I’m not alone in these sentiments. No disclaimers, no refunds and terrible customer service made for an incredibly negative experience. Stay away!

My husband got me a gift card for my birthday in August to go here for a massage and pedicure to treat myself since I am a new mom. I finally got around to wanting to use it and made an appointment 3 weeks ago for Thursday December 15th at 10 am. I got a call yesterday December 12th to confirm the appointment to make sure I’m still coming. I called today to confirm and I replied YES to the text that was sent confirming the appointment TWICE. 2 hours later today December 13th they decide they can’t see me due to a scheduling error. They offered I can come in at 8 am or later during lunch. That just doesn’t work for me. I have a 9 month old and have already made plans. It’s unprofessional to find a scheduling error 2 days before an appointment that was made 3 weeks ago. I decided to cancel the appointment altogether. When asked why I didn’t want to reschedule I explained why very nicely. Honestly, the front desk people seem very disorganized and indifferent to problems when they arise. No one was rude or anything to me, it’s just the vibe I got.

They will schedule a couples massage but when you get there they claim they don’t do couples. Be aware. Just a tactic to get your money. But all in all it was a good massage.
