Welcome to Balance Body Massage & Reiki Inc. By owner/operator Kate Roth. Located in our lovely Bloomington/Normal IL area. Established in Dixon IL, 2013 and now expanding here in Bloomington as of July 1, 2021. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I specialize in deep tissue massage, medical massage, and sports massage. Relieving pain from the body. I love incorporating tools to help us get even deepeSuch as, cupping and Gau Sha/scraping technique for the muscles. Our goal here at Balance Body is to give you a bit of fresh air in the middle of your routined daily life. A moment for you where you can let go. Using our healing modalities through Massage and/or Reiki to leave you feeling renewed & whole by the end of your session.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
