I made an appointment to have a facial and it was amazing! She talked me through the whole process (because I asked a bunch of questions) and she was open about the products she uses and why. After coming to Balance Beauty Spa for almost 3 years, I couldn’t speak more highly of the business that Kelly has created. If I wasn’t moving out of Columbus, I’d be a client for life. She is one of the few people in Columbus who provide sugaring as a service instead of waxing and it’s the main reason I became her client. She always make you feel welcomed, relaxed, and she accommodates to your needs as best she can. She’s incredibly considerate and you can tell she loves building relationships with her clients, which is what has made her so successful. Her focus on natural and soothing products is unmatched and she carries some of the best natural, organic (and vegan!) skincare/makeup collections you can get your hands on. Meaghan is a great addition to her team, although I only had a few services with her, you can tell she puts the same care and love as Kelly into her job every day.

Her services and products are top notch, she is so friendly and down to earth, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and tastefully decorated. I try to get into Kelly because I started with her but have had appointments with Megan and she is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Balance Beauty Spa.

This salon also uses Zoya and other 7-free nail polishes which are much better for the environment than the standard OPI products. The lotions and scrubs are also nature based (Farmhouse Fresh and Eminence). All of the tools used were opened in front of me from a surgically sealed package, so I felt safe that everything was clean. This salon also uses Zoya and other 7-free nail polishes which are much better for the environment than the standard OPI products. Kelly contacted me directly and asked what could be done to ensure my satisfaction and then she did just that. This salon has a ton of charm, it is very clean, the pedicure chairs are amazing and I am looking forward to trying all the services they have to offer. Spa owner Kelly is amazing, as are the other staff, as they all go out of their way to take good care of you and provide great services specific to your needs and more. The spa is located within an amazing and quaint building with history and charm, but also with trendy and modern spa technology and expertise. I love the relaxation room! The products there are natural, work miracles on my skin, and feel and smell great as well! You can buy and take home more products and other cute gifts like perfumes and candles to continue to pamper yourself!! I wish I could buy it all! I highly recommend Balance Beauty Spa!
