I went to get a massage today because my back, lower back, and shoulders were super tight due to heavy weightlifting and my job requires me to stand on concrete for 8-10 hrs, based on that I was ridiculously tight. Jenny Grant did mine and it was awesome!!! Super nice lady, I would highly recommend going there as I will be going back regularly! I got the $50/30 min, but in the future I will be doing the $70/1hr!! Sooooo worth it!

They do not teach neuromuscular therapy in Kansas, but holy cow! That is the degree Krystal has, and she will put you back together as best she can. She is great at it! However, you will not go wrong with any of their therapists.

She is friendly, punctual, professional and overall a great masseuse. The environment is always very clean, and it is clear that the staff takes all sanitary precautions, especially since the COVID pandemic. I have been to several different masseuses since I moved to Wichita 2 years ago, and Kendra is by far the best! I won’t be hopping around trying to find a good masseuse anymore. I have been to Balance & Harmony for 4-5 massages now with Kendra, and each time is just as good as the last! She is friendly, punctual, professional and overall a great masseuse. The environment is always very clean, and it is clear that the staff takes all sanitary precautions, especially since the COVID pandemic. Before my massage, she listened to what my needs were and asked plenty of questions. Her technique was fabulous and I walked out feeling very refreshed. A few years ago I was having a lot of back pain. I was on the verge of going to a chiropractor, but thought I’d give a massage a try. Edie worked everything out. Now I go back every couple of months. Edie always asks if there is any area that needs extra work and she does a fabulous job of working out the kinks. I always leave there absolutely refreshed. I would give the place 6 stars if I could. Not only is it a great value for what you get, but it also has very friendly, enjoyable, relaxed staff. Thanks for being awesome!
