I would recommend this to everyone who wants accurate, healthy and caring staff. I am absolutely in love with the filler she used on my facial lines, I felt I walked out feeling 10 years younger! My 3rd visit is scheduled and I couldn’t be happier! The results are excellent – never too much or too little. Cathy is wonderful, she takes her time, listens and is professional and personable. In fact I have nothing but praise for the entire staff and the lovely facility. The prices are also in line with other aesthetic spas and it is not difficult to make an appointment that fits your schedule.

Went into Bala MediSpa yesterday to have my lips corrected from a botched Augmentation I had done elsewhere. Nurse Cathy was excellent, listens to exactly what you want and is very professional with years of experience. Made an appointment for consultation for laser hair removal. I arrived on time and after waiting 15-20 minutes i was still in waiting room. when i asked receptionist about the wait she asked me if i just needed pricing or had questions. She gave me the pricing and told me if i had questions i could wait but i was irritated that they didn’t value my time. I could have received pricing over the phone. Needless to say i won’t be returning to this business.
