Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not recommend this place at all!I went into this place and no one opened the door for me,I had to wait 30 mins outside for a lady named Natalie to open the door for me. She did NOT apologize for making me wait 30 mins for my appointment. Love this place. I work a crazy schedule and it works so perfectly for me. 24/7 tanning! You can come in whenever you would like, 2am, 6am, whatever works. Also, customer service is top-notch. Ryan, the owner really went above and beyond to help me out and it’s much appreciated. Hard to find good customer service nowadays. Thanks so much for a great experience!!

I have had nothing but great things to say about this place until the new owner took over about a month ago. On numerous occasions I have come in hoping to tan just for the system to be down. I’ve been trying to call to give someone new card info so I can be billed and the line is always busy. I tried to come in during “staffed hours” today and no one was in the building nor could I even use my chip to gain access. I’m so frustrated with my recent experience and will be taking my business to a place where they actually give a damn about their customers. Don’t waste your time here

Very disappointed with the way I was treated. I signed up for a package and was never told that it expired. Went in a week after the expiration (so they say) and was not able to use the visits I have left. Terrible communication on the person who signed me up as there was no mention of expiration. Guess they were just looking for the package membership.

New ownership turned this place around! No longer an over priced never open place. Now they have 24/7 access. Ask about 3 month packages not advertised well but a really good deal!! Beating out the winter blues with this place!

No one is ever there, just stopped in at 5:20 today open sign was on and nobody there to let me in. Why do they advertise business hours and no one is there. This is the third time it’s happened to me. I didn’t get the 24 hours pass because the business hours worked for my schedule.
