All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in not really knowing what I wanted. I was given a full tour with descriptions of each bed/standing booth. The staff went over all the different pricing/package options. They even went over the different types of lotions and discussed what kind of level of tan I wanted to achieve and all the different options to get me to that level. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a member less than a month and I am more than impressed! Every single person I’ve encountered that works here is so friendly and helpful. I’m tanning for an event and they have helped me reach exactly my goal without on day of redness! I love that I feel safe and each bed is sanitized between uses. The whole place is always spotless.

The workers here are so nice! I emailed them about a door getting stuck closed before and they quickly responded and fixed it within 24 hours! The salon is clean and they do have a mystic spray tan machine. Lots of different options for lotions and and beds.

Loooooove it! Everyone’s so friendly and awesome beds. Only complaint is the pricing for 1 month vs a membership for 1 month. Like why? What if I want a membership for 1 month and that’s it. Whatever, still love it.

Did not information explained to me. Understand its my responsibility to read what i sign, i also believe its a companys responsibly to assure customers understand their membership. They pro rate your month when you sign up apparently not when you cancel! Very misleading in all ways and very disappointing dealing with anyone in the company. I have been in customer service for many years, this would never fly in any company i ever worked at!! Thoroughly disgusted!!
