I came in with my god daughter to get pedicures and our nails done. I am very disappointed in the quality of the job done on her nails. Her nails had to be fixed twice because the first time her nails were so rushed through that it messed up and when we brought it to the techs attention he was rude to her about it. Tried to blame it on the fact that she was fidgeting for the reason that her nails messed up. She was not fidgeting I was right next to her. This isn’t the first time she’s had her nails done. The second time I had to go back in and speak to the owners about the issue. The owner just painted over the messed up nail again and put her under the nail dryer. Now it looks worse.They didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. They charge a lot for nails and they have some staff that is good. But a lot that are rude. The previous time I came in the same tech who did my god daughters nails threw my shoes and purse out in the middle of the floor because he had another customer coming over. My belongings were not in the way at all. Extremely rude and I will not be returning. Very disappointed in our experience.

Recently moved to the area and stopped into BAJ nails today. What a fantastic place! They were friendly, fast, and fair priced. My nail tech did exactly what I asked for just by showing a photo. She made sure I was happy with the length multiple times and the color! Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service! Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Positive: ProfessionalismEveryone was so nice! The lady who did my pedicure, I did not get her name, was attentive and had an amazing sense of humor. I was very impressed with the nail art done on my acrylics. He did incredible work! Overall, it was an amazing experience and one of the best nail salon visits I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend!

Bin was amazing. He was so kind, funny and tons of talent. Attention to detail was on point! I have never had a nail tech file my nails in the correct shape with no slant on the first attempt. But he got it first try. So happy we decided to stop in and give them a try!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place !!!! This was my first time and it was awesome. My friend booked us (her, her daughter, and myself) an appointment and we were able to walk in at our time and and get started immediately. We were all able to get our pedicure the same time. They have great hospitality and an awesome receptionist and you don’t see that in a lot of places. The lady did my feet and the younger guy did my nails. I have no complaints at all. The pricing was very affordable to me because I’ve been places where I’ve paid more. The young guy was very attentive to my friends daughter while he was doing her pedicure and I loved that. He incorporated sparkles into her nails , which she loved. Definitely recommend!

I have been getting my eyelashes done here for 2 years now and have sent many people to this salon who compliment how good they look. They are reasonably priced, they listen to your wants as far as how natural they look, and they stay on well compared to others I have done in the past. The owner “BB” is very sweet and the staff is accommodating to my schedule. Check out staff is polite and makes sure I am set up well for my next appt.

I had a great experience the first visit. The second visit, I had SNS and it was just ok. My nails were a little bulky and I had to go back the next day because my nails were not even. All I got was attitude…. I could not understand the language but I certainly got a eye full of body language. Just this past Saturday I took my daughter in to get a fill and I got a.pedicure. It was absolutely the worse pedicure I had. I told the older man that was my nail tech, the polish was over my skin on my toes and he took a brush to them with polish remover and totally messed up my nails. ZOOM IN AND TAKE A LOOK. I didn’t really notice them until late that night. I will not go back because of the retaliation I will receive. And I even gave a $10 tip for this mess. On top of the bad nail job, I had to wait to cash out. The owner took the nail tech away from my daughter a few minutes earlier, and we didn’t know if she was finished or not. I got to the register and they were arguing about a posting on the computer….in front of customers. So unprofessional.

Sent my wife and goddaughter here to have a good day and when they come back with nothing but negative stuff to say it makes me not want to spend my money here. Will not spend no more money here. Get better workers and if a person talked to my goddaughter like that in front of me things would go south quick… Pedicure
