Please don’t waste ur time here!!! I went in with long hair up to my waist already blonde tone to my hair. Went in for a touch up. Erica put bleach on hair I told her it was burning. She washed it off. My worst nightmare my hair completely started falling off. My hair wasn’t even blonde it was white. And I left with my hair breaking off!!!!! My hair is now up to my shoulders. And completely damaged. Erica than gets upset at me because I don’t like how my hair came out. Ladies please please I recommend not to come here. She needs to do more training on hair. Especially working with blonde hair at least. I have pictures to prove it.
