Critical: ProfessionalismI have tried calling this establishment over a dozen times over the past few months and no one has ever answered the phone. I have left voice messages a few times and only received one call back where she left a voice message telling me to call back to make an appointment. Its crazy to me that they have never ever answered their phone or made any real attempt to get back to me. Apparently, they do not need new clients which is great for them but not ideal for me. I have tried calling this establishment over a dozen times over the past few months and no one has ever answered the phone. I have left voice messages a few times and only received one call back where she left a voice message telling me to call back to make an appointment. Always clean and they are super friendly. It’s a family run business and you can tell just how much they care about their clients.I always get my hair cut by June and she does an amazing job. Definitely reccomend to anyone

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and I have loved every experience. May is the best stylist and she always does a great job. I bring my kids here once-a-year to get a trim or a cut. They are great with kids. There are toys and movies in a corner for kids. I highly recommend this place for a haircut.

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning. I had called a few times to see if I could get in. I understood it may not be a possibility. I walked in and stated I was a walk in and asked if they maybe had an opening. There were two stylists there. The one that saw me asked if I had called. Told me they ignored the calls because they didn’t have a receptionist. She giggled, light heartedly. She told me to leave my name and number and maybe someone would call me back that night. First impressions rarely can be undone. Whether I could get in or not I would expect a warmer reception.

Dani is fabulous! Always gets my color right and does exactly what I ask, not what she likes. She gives one on one care. She always fits me in when I need to get. Very friendly and personable. She keeps a card for each service so she remebers exactly what we did last time so if I love the color it’s the same.
